Susan Zhou is a major point of contact for Hawk’s Mandarin - speaking clients. Susan can be found researching and providing market intelligence for Hawk’s international clients. Susan’s strong marketing and management experience complement her MBA from the University of Florida.

Prior to earning her MBA, Susan was a general manager in China for Mass Marketing Specialist Inc, where she set up and ran the company’s Shenzhen Branch. She was involved with the entire business process, from coordinating the quality control plan of the branch to executing complex advertising and public relations activities.

Previously Susan worked three years in the Shenzhen branch of British Petroleum, first as a transport coordinator and then as a Human Resources coordinator where she implemented training plans as well as the company-wide E-learning initiative. Prior to British Petroleum, Susan worked for Coaster Associates as a merchandiser. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Anhui University in China where she received an annual Excellence Scholarship based on academic success.

At the University of Florida, where she had a superior grade point average, Susan served as a student senator and member of the International Student Speakers Bureau.
