Hirschhorn
CEO and Chairman, TIGroup, Inc.
Mr. Hirschhorn has been Chairman and CEO of TIGroup since July 18, 2005. A specialist in financing and turnarounds during his career, Mr. Hirschhorn co-managed a private equity firm from 2001-2005 and was CEO and chairman of a number of turnarounds and start-ups as a private investor.
He was also a managing director at Cruttenden Roth (now Roth Capital Partners) from 1994-1997, worked for The Nikko Securities Co. International, Inc. as a vice president in their New York office from 1991-1994 and was a consultant in New York with both Deloitte & Touche and KPMG Peat Marwick in New York from 1986 to 1991. Mr. Hirschhorn graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a BA in political science.

Managing Director, Corporate Development, TIGroup, Inc.
Mr. Chen brings over ten years of experience in investment banking and private equity to TIGroup, with transactions totaling over $5 billion. As Managing Director, Corporate Development, he oversees the Company's M&A and financing activities, including evaluation of new investment or partnership opportunities and transaction execution.
Prior to joining TIGroup, Dan was vice president in the media practice at Montgomery & Co., a Los Angeles-based investment bank focused on mid-market growth companies in the software, media and healthcare sectors. He was responsible for providing M&A and capital raising advisory services to software, digital media, and Internet-enabled services firms.
Prior to Montgomery & Co., Dan was an investment associate at TPG Newbridge (now known as TPG Asia). While there, he was involved in all aspects of deal sourcing and transaction execution for Texas Pacific Group's cross-border private equity and venture investments in the U.S. and Asia. He also participated in the monitoring of several portfolio companies in the U.S. and Asia.
Before TPG Newbridge, Dan was an analyst in the M&A group at Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York and San Francisco. Dan graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.

CEO, Southern Plains Medical Group, a division of TIG Healthcare Services
Thomas Rice is an experienced health care executive. Prior to joining TIGroup’s Southern Plains Medical Group, Rice served as vice president of Healthcare Partners Investments, LLC based in Oklahoma City, which has 13 facilities, over 50 surgeons and consolidated revenue in excess of $100 million. Rice previously served as president of Integris Baptist Medical Center and Integris Southwest Medical Center, two large medical centers operating in Oklahoma City. During his five-year tenure at Integris, revenue grew 32% to over $450 million. Prior to that assignment, Rice was president and CEO of Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, which he led into a successful merger with Integris Health.

Parkerson
CFO, Southern Plains Medical Group, a division of TIG Healthcare Services
Donald Parkerson provides skill and leadership as a seasoned financial executive in the healthcare and technology industry. Prior to joining TIGroup’s Southern Plains Medical Group, Parkerson served as vice president and surgery division controller of HealthSouth Corp., one of the largest owners of ambulatory surgical centers in the U.S. with over 150 facilities. There, Parkerson was responsible for accounting and the accounting lead for the surgery division offering memorandum as well as for the financing offering memorandum for Surgical Care Affiliates, LLC. Parkerson was part of the reorganization and restatement team of the ambulatory surgical division assisting in a $300 million bond offering and sale of the division to Texas Pacific Group. He also established and led HealthSouth’s information technology audit group; managed company-wide financial enterprise risk assessment and implemented the ambulatory surgical division Sarbanes-Oxley financial closings and reporting compliance.
Previously, Parkerson co-founded Young, Parkerson & Co., LLP, where he served as an audit and technology consulting partner for 25 years. Parkerson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from Delta State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor

Rentsch is an experienced financial executive serving over 25 years in the healthcare and accounting industries. He has served in senior management positions for physician groups, hospitals and payers, and Rentsch brings a diverse perspective to address the challenges facing healthcare finance today. He previously served as the chief financial officer for two hospitals owned by Blackhawk Healthcare.
Rentsch began his career with KPMG, an international CPA firm. He entered the healthcare industry serving in progressively responsible positions within payer organizations including EQUICOR, Coventry and Amerigroup. Over the past eight years, he has held senior financial management positions in healthcare provider organizations including UT Southwestern Medical Center and Foundation Surgery Affiliates.
Rentsch holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from Wichita State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Winterhalter, is an entrepreneurial sales and marketing executive with 25 years of business development and management experience. She is president of Winzo Group, a boutique marketing consulting firm that provides marketing strategy and support for clients in finance, biotech, e-commerce, real estate, and telecommunications industries. Prior to establishing the Winzo Group, she was director of channel marketing and general manager of merchandising at MobShop Inc, the world’s first group buying e-commerce company. She possesses extensive e-commerce and Internet experience in marketing, business modeling and website development. She has held senior management roles with Network Commerce, Ixspa and Fila where she had great success building strategic partnerships, improving sales productivity and recognizing new revenue opportunities.
