Jinjiang Wang
President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors Jinjiang Wang was appointed as chairman of the board, president and CEO of CKGT in June 2005 and was appointed as Director in July 2005.

Since 1998 Mr. Wang has served as the director and chairman of the board of the company’s subsidiary, Harbin Hainan Kangda. Mr. Wang has over 20 years of experience in management, production development and sales. He is a founder of Harbin Hainan Kangda and a pioneer of the now established edible cactus industry in China.

Mr. Wang graduated from Northeast Agricultural University with a degree in Agriculture & Forest Engineering.

Chengzhi Wang
General Manager and Director Chengzhi Wang was appointed as the general manager of CKGT in June 2005 and was appointed as director in July 2005. Mr. Wang also serves as a director and general manager of the company’s subsidiary, Harbin Hainan Kangda. Mr. Wang and has held these positions since 1998.

Mr. Wang is a founder of Harbin Hainan Kangda and has substantial expertise in management, production and sales.

Mr. Wang graduated from Architectonics Department of Harbin Institute of Technology with an Engineering Degree.

Hong Bu
CFO and Director Hong Bu was appointed as CFO of CKGT in June 2005 and was appointed as director in July 2005. From 1998 to 2005, Ms. Bu served as senior accountant of the company’s subsidiary, Harbin Hainan Kangda. Ms. Bu is a founder of Harbin Hainan Kangda.

Ms. Bu graduated with a degree in Finance from the Finance and Economics Institute of Harbin. She is a CPA (certified public accountant).
