CEO, President and Chairman Emmanuel (Manny) Tsoupanarias brings to Manhattan Scientifics more than 15 years of senior management and executive experience in the power generation manufacturing sector. Tsoupanarias has spent over a decade designing and running a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant producing highest quality standard materials for the power and the nuclear industries.

Tsoupanarias is also the founder and editor of FuelCellWorks.com www.fuelcellsworks.com , a weekly trade publication that has become the voice of the fuel cell industry. Tsoupanarias is internationally recognized as an expert in fuel cell development.

Marvin Maslow
Non-Executive Chairman of Manhattan Scientifics, a member of the Board of Directors of Novint Technologies, Inc. Maslow is a technology investor and is credited with initiation of over 20 successful enterprises. In 1990 he founded Projectavision Inc. which became the top performing Nasdaq security in the USA in 1993. In 1998 he formed Manhattan Scientifics, Inc. (MHTX), a technology development company working in close association with the Los Alamos National Laboratory and the Sandia National Laboratory in New Mexico. MHTX market cap exceeded $800 million during the Year 2000 Nasdaq technology bubble. Residing both in New York City and New Mexico, Maslow has been able to coordinate, acquire and provide capital and key management for disruptive technologies in the fields of alternative energy advanced holographic data storage systems, and Haptics, (adding the sense of touch to computers).

He resides in Manhattan and Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Leonard Friedman
Director Mr. Friedman holds a Master of Laws and Juris Doctor Degrees.

Mr. Friedman is a founding and senior partner with the law firm of Anes, Friedman, Leventhal & Rubin.

Mr. Freidman is also the CEO of Fiasco of New York Inc., a restaurant and real estate corporation owning and operating eight (8) award winning tablecloth restaurants in New York city and California.

Mr. Freidman has written and published articles on economics and the law, has been featured speaker at many conferences for the Commercial Law League of America. Mr. Friedman is a New York City native.

Frank Georgiou
Director Mr. Georgiou is a successful businessman with over 30 years of experience in the Restaurant and Hospitality sectors.

Mr. Georgiou also served as President of the Pan Gregorian Enterprises of Upper New York.

Chris Theoharis
Director An accountant with business experience, Mr.Theoharis has a financial advisor /broker background working for both Morgan Stanley and American Express Financial.
